He conceived the vision of ‘Africa Developed by Africans’.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">A graduate of Land Surveying with work experience in both the public and private sectors, he served in the Oyo State Survey Department for twelve and half years and voluntarily retired into private practice in 1992. He joined the construction industry in 1999 by serving as the sole company surveyor on Siemens NITEL Exchange Projects in Abuja-FCT, Kaduna, Katsina, Damaturu, Jalingo, Owerri, and Orlu. These were busy years that ended in 2003.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Construction contracts followed in 2003, and Bautek Nigeria Limited was established with some Nigerians and South Africans.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In 2008 he joined Interdas Limited– a Project finance sourcing company headquartered in New York. His activities built the funding profile of the company into a big account.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Alfred became an independent finance broker in 2010. He joined a global network of project finance brokers with members in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Ethiopia, Egypt, the USA, the UK, and Zambia. Project Design and Development associates are in Germany, Italy, Canada, the USA, and the United Kingdom. CPL and Tilke Architects & Engineering Co. of Germany were engaged in the design and Feasibility Studies of Projects for African countries.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">His passion and commitment to African development led to the conception of Bauafrique Limited to drive Infrastructure, Education, and Industries development across Africa.</p>
